Property Details
Vista Flores is nestled in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The casitas have been recently renovated and encompass the traditional architecture and style of the area. The location boasts restaurants and shops around every corner and the malecon, a pedestrian walkway, that winds along the oceanfront and beach is only 2 blocks away. We have created an oasis for you to unwind in the comfort of your private casita or enjoy the top terrace, which has the best views of the city and ocean!
Casa Paloma was recently constructed and embraces the traditional architecture and local, artistic charm of the area. Located in the middle of everything and at the same time nestled in the treetop mountainside, this house has it all.
Walk up one flight of stairs to the first floor balcony. There is a spiral staircase you walk down from the first floor to our private open air covered patio and kitchenette. From the patio, open up the doors to an airy master bedroom with an open floor plan. The bedroom includes a mexican queen size bed, a large bathtub for two, and lots of windows and doors for natural light. The magic takes place two more flights of stairs up to a shared terrace, which has the best views of the city and ocean, the most beautiful sunsets, and fireworks every night!
Guests will be able to access everything shown in the photos and the only common areas shared is the entry staircase and the top terrace, which is shared between two other units in the vicinity.
I will be available if you have any questions and our rental manager, Omar, will be close by if you need anything.
Vista Flores is located in the heart of downtown Puerto Vallarta or El Centro, just two blocks away from the Cathedral and 2 blocks away from the malecon. The malecon is a pedestrian thoroughfare that winds along the oceanfront sided by plenty of restaurants and bars. The beach is easily a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute cab ride away. We are in the middle of plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries! Our place is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, but it feels secluded from it all at the same time especially as you relax on the top terrace and are able to breathe in the most beautiful views of the city and ocean from above.
Taxis: I hardly ever ask the price for a taxi ride since it is always $50 Pesos in the “ Centro” area, around $4.00 or $5.00 depending on the exchange.
Buses: They are very inexpensive public transportation and they are safe to use if you figure out their routes, we usually take taxis, but this is a very cheap alternative!
